Physical Packet 2017-2018 now available

The 2017-2018 physical packet is now available on the home page under the tab “Athletic Training” then the drop down option “Physical packet 2017-2018”.  In order to participate in athletics in OCPS a physical is required and is valid for 12 months.  Please see our athletic trainer Mr. Patrick Mirocha with any questions.
